Rates*

Per 50-minute session: 
$160 for initial diagnostic session
$120 per each subsequent session

 * We offer a sliding scale for those who qualify. 

Insurance

We accept most major insurance carriers and we will file the claim for you.

Payment

We accept cash, check and Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Co-payments are due at the time of services.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us immediately if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment within less than 24 hours or miss it without any notice, you may be subject to a $60 cancellation fee.
